Maintenance Contractor
We are looking for a skilled, independent Maintenance Contractor to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and maintenance. This person will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. At times, they will also speak with and meet with outside vendors who provide additional services to the building, including HVAC. The hours vary and in general they are 8-12 hours or less per week.
The Maintenance Contractor must be reliable and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience and solid technical knowledge. Previously licensed skills (electrical, plumbing, etc.) would be an additional asset.

Library Page
The Moultonborough Public Library Board of Trustees seeks to hire a friendly, detail-oriented
part-time High School Library Page. This position works 4-10 hours per week year-round with
potential for additional hours during the summer. The High School Library Page is under the
direct supervision of the Head of Library Services and general supervision of the Library
Director.
Hours: Mostly evenings and Saturdays with potential for daytime weekday hours during the
summer.
